The real power of the CRM comes from storing ALL of a customer’s information within one app. But, that information is spread across multiple modules.
So, using Lookup Fields and Related Lists, we can begin to see how records are connected.
If our “Affiliate” lookup field to the Contacts module has a Related List Title of Deals as Affiliate, then in the Contacts module, another related list will appear with that title. Any records there will denote Deals for which the Contacts is the referring Affiliate.
