Select as many records as you like and send an email! You can:
- select a template
- choose which email address it’s coming from (and the reply to)
- schedule the email for later
- according to its open/click/bounce you can trigger follow-up actions like tasks or calls
But, it has a few limitations:
- only send 100 emails at a time
- and only 1,000 per day
- once you select a template, you can’t edit it
Email in Zoho deserves its own entire course. Just be aware that this exists, and its limitations/best features.
