Other Uses for Mail Merge

Under Settings > Customization > Templates > Mail Merge, you can create, edit, and use mail merge templates.

Think about using them for:

  • certificates
  • contracts
  • marketing collateral
  • whatever you can think of!

If you can design it in Zoho Writer, you can merge in info from the CRM!
